This dessert has all of the yummy flavor of a cake without actually being a cake! Skip the baking process and stick to simple ingredients like graham crackers, cream, and fresh strawberries.

  • 3-4 C. fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 3 ¾ C. heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1/3 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • ¼ C. dark chocolate, finely chopped

In a large bowl, beat 3 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until peaks begin to form. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla and beat to combine. In a 9x13 baking dish, spread a spoonful of mixture along the bottom. Make a layer of graham crackers, top with cream mixture, and then layer with sliced strawberries. Repeat layers and end with cream topping. Prepare the ganache by bringing remaining ¼ cup of cream to a boil and pouring it over chocolate in a bowl. Mix until chocolate is melted and smooth. Garnish dessert with strawberries and drizzle ganache on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
