  • 1 package pre-cooked Basmati rice
  • 1 package pre-cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 C. plain yogurt
  • 3 T. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 T. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. chicken stock

Add the chicken, cinnamon curry powder, and yogurt to a bowl and mix together. Set aside to marinate. Melt butter in a large skillet and cook onions and garlic. Add the chicken and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour in rice and chicken stock. Mix together, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
