  • 1 Pound of Deveined Shrimp
  • 6 Ounces of Sliced Andouille Sausage
  • 2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

As with any recipe that involved skewers, always make sure to soak them in water for at least 20-30 minutes before grilling so that they don’t ignite while you’re cooking.
