  • 1 pkg. beef gravy mix
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/3 lb. sirloin tips, cubed
  • 5 small yellow potatoes, halved
  • 1 C. baby carrots
  • 1 C. peas
  • 2 small onions, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped rosemary

Steam the peas, carrots, and the potatoes in the microwave until tender, about 10 minutes. Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Add the steak and brown all sides until nearly cooked through. Prepare the gravy mix with water and add it to the skillet. Put in the vegetables and stir to combine. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot with rosemary as a garnish.
