Skillet "chicken" Parmigiana
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chicken-style breaded soy-protein patties
- 2 C. tomato pasta sauce
- 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until heated through. Pour pasta sauce over patties in skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce is hot and cheese is melted.
