  • 1/2 C. pizza sauce
  • 1 C. mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil

Preheat the oven to broil and toss your vegetables in oil on a baking sheet. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes on the top rack, tossing once. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a cast iron skillet with oil and run a garlic clove around the inside to add flavor. Put the dough into the middle of the pan and press it into the pan and up the sides. Let it rest while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Sprinkle 1/4 C. mozzarella cheese into the skillet and add the veggies. Top with the sauce. Layer with the remaining cheese, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and basil.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Let is rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
