Skillet Glazed Apricot Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 1 can (5 1/2 oz.) apricot nectar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Sprinkle salt in bottom of skillet. Heat until drop of water sizzles when dropped into skillet. Add chops; brown well on both sides. Cover tightly; cook over low heat until tender, about 30 minutes. Combine nectar, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch and cinnamon. Pour over chops. Simmer, uncovered, stirring constantly until chops are glazed and sauce is thickened, about 1 minute.
