Skillet Mushroom and Potato Dinner

- 8 Dutch baby potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 package fresh mushrooms, sliced or whole
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
After the potatoes have been peeled put into the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes. When the potatoes are soft place them into a skillet. Also add the mushrooms, garlic and parsley into the skillet. Sauté everything on medium heat until the potatoes are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
