Skillet Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. lean pork
- 2 cans chunk pineapple
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1/4 C. cider vinegar
- 1 pkg. uncooked rice
Directions
Cut pork and bell peppers into 1/4-inch strips. Drain juice from both cans of pineapple. Set aside to be mixed with cider vinegar and place chunks of pineapple into mixing bowl. Place pork in skillet lightly browning on both sides. Stir in sliced peppers and pineapple, continue to simmer. Mix pineapple juice and cider vinegar. Pour mixture over pork, continue to simmer. Cook rice and pour ingredients from skillet over rice.
