Ingredients
- 1 whole garlic head
- 6 potatoes
- 1 C. oil
- 1/2 C. vinegar
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 C. sliced bread crumbs
Directions
Boil cleaned potatoes. Mash potatoes and garlic separately. Place potatoes in mixer. Add vinegar and oil to potatoes. Add garlic, a little at a time, to taste. Less than 1 whole garlic may be used. Add bread.
