  • 1 Pound of Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Avocado
  • I Sliced Lemon
  • 4 Cups of Steamed White Rice
  • 1 Roasted Seaweed Sheet
  • 2 Cups of Arugula
  • 1 Pinch of Black Sesame Seeds
  • ⅓ Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
  • 2 Sliced Green Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Lime Juice

To begin, mix together your soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, and green onions in a bowl until well combined. Pour this mixture into a resealable bag and place your salmon cut into slices in it to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

While the salmon is marinating, prepare your bowls by splitting the remaining ingredients between the two -- the rice, arugula, lemon, sesame seeds, seaweed (sliced), and avocado (mashed). Finally, add the sliced salmon to each bowl and enjoy.
