Change the way you enjoy salmon with this poke bowl. The arugula and lemon offer such a delightful combination of flavors to the avocado, seaweed, and rice that you’ll forget you liked salmon any other way.

Directions

To begin, mix together your soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, and green onions in a bowl until well combined. Pour this mixture into a resealable bag and place your salmon cut into slices in it to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

While the salmon is marinating, prepare your bowls by splitting the remaining ingredients between the two -- the rice, arugula, lemon, sesame seeds, seaweed (sliced), and avocado (mashed). Finally, add the sliced salmon to each bowl and enjoy.
