Sloppy Joes (An Old Family Recipe)

Once you try this, you just may discard all other Sloppy Joes recipes. This may also be used as a dip using Scoopers. We just like to serve them open faced on hamburger buns.

  • 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 C. catsup
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 large onion

In a large frying pan, brown the hamburger and the onion. Cook until meat has been browned and is no longer pink and onion is translucent. Add everything else and mix well. Serve on hamburger buns of your choice.
