Slow Baked Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef short ribs
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 C. water or light beer
- 1 med. onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Place short ribs in a large casserole dish or Dutch oven. Mix together sauce and water or beer. Pour mixture over ribs and turn ribs to cover. Add onion, mixing to cover in sauce. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours or until done.
