  • 1.5 lbs. Ground Beef
  • ¼ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Medium Yellow Chopped Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Ketchup

In a large bowl mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, and egg. Now, form 16 meatballs from the mix. Mix the spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, and ketchup in the slow cooker. Add meatballs and cook on low for about 7 hours. Serve in the slow cooker next to a tray of toothpicks for easy picking.
