  • 4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 C. Quick-Cook Oats
  • 1 18.25 oz. box Spice Cake Mix
  • 4 Tbs. Butter, melted
  • 3/4 C. Light Brown Sugar

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the apples and cinnamon to coat. Spread the apple-cinnamon mixture across the bottom of a large crockpot. Sprinkle the oats evenly over the apple filling. Spread the cake mix over the oats and apples, then drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
