  • 1 16 oz. bottle Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 6 Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Spread a thin layer of the honey barbecue sauce on the bottom of a large crockpot. Run each pork chop under warm water. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place 2 pork chops in a single layer atop the sauce in the crockpot. Season the pork chops with 1/3 of the herb and spice mixture, then pour on top 1/3 of the honey barbecue sauce. Repeat layering process twice. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until a meat thermometer registers the pork chops' internal temperature as at least 145 degrees.
