Slow-Cooked Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 C. chopped cooked beef
- one 16-oz. can refried beans
- one 7 1/2-oz. can taco sauce
- 1/3 C. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 envelope chili seasoning mix (1/3 C.)
- 24 taco shells, heated
- 1/2 med. head lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 C. shredded sharp American cheese
- picante sauce
Directions
In a slow cooker, stir together cooked beef, refried beans, taco sauce, olives, and taco seasoning mix. Cover and cook on high-heat setting for 2 hours. Spoon about 1/4 C. mixture into each taco shell, top with a little lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Add picante sauce as desired.
