  • 1 1/4 C. Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 C. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 C. Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
