  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast; cut to chunks
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C milk
  • 4 potatoes; cubed
  • 1 package frozen peas, carrots & corn mix
  • 1 onion; diced
  • Pepper
  • 2 rolls pie crust

Mix in the chicken pieces, mushroom soup, milk, potatoes, onions, vegetable mix, salt and pepper into the crock-pot and cook on low for 6 hours.

After that, preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking dish with the piecrust.

Add a few scoops of the cooked pie filling onto the piecrust and cover the top with another layer of piecrust pastry. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is brown and cooked through.
Cut and serve hot.
