Line a large crockpot with heavy-duty foil and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vegetable oil along with 1 cup of water on low speed for 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and continue beating the cake batter for 2 minutes. Stir in the melted baking chocolate. Pour the batter into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs attached.
