  • 1 pound of fresh cod
  • 3 large potatoes, chopped
  • 3 cups of carrots, diced
  • 1 cup of yellow onions, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 cup of chicken bone broth
  • 2 cups of cream of chicken
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Season the fresh cod, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic with lemon pepper before adding to a slow cooker set to low.
