  • 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 14 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ C. KRAFT Classic Catalina Dressing
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. zest from 1 orange
  • ¼ C. fresh squeezed orange juice

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add in meat; cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides. Move meat to crock pot. Mix the cranberry sauce, Catalina dressing and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Poor over the meat. Cover with lid and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving liquid in slow cooker. Cover meat to keep warm. Whisk the cornstarch, orange zest, and orange juice together in a small bowl until blended. Stir into liquid in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes, or until thickened. Slice meat on a platter, drizzle with sauce, and serve.
