  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 C grated carrots
  • Parsley, for garnish

In slow cooker, place sauerkraut. Add sausage, carrots and onion over the sauerkraut.

Cook on high for two hours. Add water if necessary. After two hours, reduce to low setting, and cook for two more hours.
