  • 2 1/2 C. Whole Milk
  • 3 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 oz. Cooked Ham, diced
  • 2 16 oz. packages Gnocchi Pasta

In a large crockpot, combine the milk, flour, cream cheese, salt, paprika, and pepper, mixing until well-incorporated. Stir in the cheddar cheese and diced ham. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally until the cream cheese and cheese are fully melted. Stir in the gnocchi. Increase heat to high and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
