  • 3 lb. bottom round roast
  • 12 oz. pepperocinis, including liquid
  • 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
  • 2 C. beef broth
  • 1 T. Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split

Place all ingredients in your crock pot. Cover and cook on low for seven hours. Use two forks to shred the meat. When ready to serve, toast the rolls on a baking sheet under the broiler for about two minutes. Top with meat mixture.
