  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 C. Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 T. Oregano
  • 1 T. Basil
  • 2 ½ C. red pasta sauce
  • 12 slider buns, toasted
  • Recommended toppings:
  • Baby spinach
  • Mazzola cheese
  • Tomatoes

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, spices and egg. Form the beef into 10 – 12 slider-sized patties about 1 inch thick. Place the patties in your slow cooker. Stacking and overlapping them is okay. Pour the sauce over the sliders and cook on low for 3 hours.
