  • 1 C. Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 4 oz. can Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 4 Jalapeno Peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 C. Shredded Monterey-Jack
  • 1/2 C. Shredded Queso Blanco
