  • 1 rack of ribs
  • ½ lb of baby onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cups of BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • ½ cup of dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoons of peppercorns

To create the seasoning mix, blend dark brown sugar, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes and rub into ribs.
