Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. pork roast
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 C. white wine
- 1/4 C. fresh sage leaves
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. allspice berries
- red pepper flakes

Directions
Rub the pork roast all over with salt and pepper.
Bruise the sage leaves and slice the garlic.
Put the roast, sage, garlic, and white wine in the slow cooker and cook for 10 hours on low.
Remove from the slow cooker and serve.
