  • 3 ½ lbs. chicken breast, cut in half
  • 3 T. paprika
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ C. honey
  • ¼ C. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut in half
  • Barbeque sauce
  • Hamburger buns

In a small bowl add all of the spices and mix them. After they are mixed pour the honey, olive oil, and vinegar together. It should become a paste. Put the onion into the crockpot, it should be on the bottom. Place the chicken on top of the onion. Pour the paste you created on the chicken. Leave the crockpot on for 7 to 8 hours. The chicken should be tender enough so it can be shredded when it's done. Serve on top of a hamburger bun with barbeque sauce. Enjoy!
