  • 2-3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Sprigs of thyme, to taste
  • 2 halved garlic cloves
  • 1 lb bay scallops
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Combine butter, lemon, thyme, and garlic in crock pot and cook on high for 30 minutes. Add 1 lb bay scallops, salt and pepper, stir and cook 30-40 minutes more. Serve with juices and chopped parsley.
