Who doesn't love a smooth, fluffy bed of eggs beside some strips of bacon on a sunny morning? With this recipe, you can have your crockpot heat up some scrambled eggs for you just in time for breakfast.

  • 2 Tbs. Butter
  • 12 Large Eggs
  • 6 Tbs. Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp. Salt, plus additional to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper, plus additional to taste
  • 4 sprigs Parsley, finely chopped, plus additional for garnish
  • 2 sprigs Dill Weed, finely chopped, plus additional for garnish

Lightly grease a large slow cooker with butter. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, adding additional salt and pepper as needed. Pour the egg mixture into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Garnish with additional parsley and dill weed before serving, if desired.
