  • 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 1/4 C. orange juice
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 T. grated orange peel
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
