  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 T. packed brown sugar
  • 1 C. ketchup
  • 3/4 C. BBQ sauce
  • 10 sandwich buns

In a large skillet, sauté beef and onions together over medium heat. Once meat is cooked, stir in niched garlic garlic and cook for another minute. Drain excess fat. Transfer mixture to your crock pot. In a large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over the ground beef and stir to combine. Cover and cook on a low heat setting for five hours. Toast the buns before serving if desired.
