  • 1/2 C. Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 C. Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 C. Light Brown Sugar
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 1 Small Onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Directions

Layer the boneless skinless chicken breasts on the bottom of a large crockpot. In a medium bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, and brown sugar. Stir in the garlic, onion, and black pepper. Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the chicken breasts. Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is tender and a thermometer inserted into the chicken registers 165 degrees. Sprinkle chicken breasts with sesame seeds. Slice before serving.
