Ingredients
- 4 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 1 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole chicken

Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, thyme, white pepper, garlic powder, black pepper and garlic. Mix seasonings well.
Coat chicken in seasoning mixture. Transfer chicken to a large resealable bag. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
Remove chicken from bag and transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook over low heat for 8 hours or until reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F at the thickest part of the thigh.
