  • 5 lb. pork butt roast
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can beer
  • 12 oz. BBQ sauce

Set the crockpot to low and place the meat in it. Season it with the salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour the beer into the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour then reduce the heat to low and cook overnight or for at least 8 hours. Remove and shred the pork. Stir in BBQ sauce. Serve on buns.
