Slow Cooker Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie Just Like Grandma’s

- 2 ½ lb. boneless skinless chicken breast chopped into small bite size pieces
- 1 C. heavy whipping cream
- ¼ C. all-purpose flour
- 1 package chicken gravy mix
- 1 T. poultry seasoning
- 1 12oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can homestyle biscuits
- 2 T. garlic powder
- 2 T. onion powder
Evenly coat crockpot with olive oil cooking spray and place chicken and vegetables in crockpot. In small bowl all ingredients except for biscuits together well. Pour mixture and one cup of water over chicken, be sure to cover all of chicken evenly. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, stir occasionally.
Heat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove crockpot insert and place biscuits on top of the chicken and vegetable mixture. There should be 8 biscuits arranged on top of chicken. Bake uncovered for 33 to 40 minutes or until biscuits are dark browned on top and cooked fully.
