  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cartons chicken stock
  • 1 C. chopped mushrooms
  • 3 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. half-and-half

Mix the flour, chicken seasoning, and salt in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Put the chicken in a skillet over medium high. Cook 5 minutes until browned on one side. Cook another 2 minutes until the other side is browned. Mix the stock, bacon, and mushrooms in the slow cooker. Add the chicken and cover. Cook on low for 8 hours until the chicken is cooked through. Add the cheese and half-and-half and stir until thickened.
