Pesto sauce is a great topping for noodles with chicken and broccoli! Combine the pesto with chicken broth to marinate the chicken for the delicious crockpot recipe.

  • ½ lb. cooked spaghetti
  • 3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 C. chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar basil pesto
  • 2 Tbsp. chicken broth

Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them in the slow cooker and top with the broccoli. In another bowl combine the pesto and broth. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs and spread evenly. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Add the spaghetti and stir well. Season with extra salt and pepper before serving.
