Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Canola Oil
  • 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 C. White Button Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 C. Sweet Marsala Wine
  • 2-3 Rosemary Sprigs, chopped

Directions

Place garlic and oil on the bottom of a large slow cooker. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then layer over the garlic and oil. Arrange the mushrooms over the chicken. Pour Marsala over the chicken dish. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. Place chicken on a large serving dish and spoon the mushroom sauce atop it. Garnish chicken with rosemary sprigs before serving.
