Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- cubed
- 1/8 C. butter
- 1 pack dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Directions
Put chicken, butter and dressing mix in slow cooker; mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Add cream cheese and soup, mix together and cook on high for another ½ hour or until heated through and warm.
Serves 4.

I am making a slight change by adding some V8 to the recipe in the first step.I also am going to serve on a bed of penne pasta made in our microwave.
I will let you know the results. Plan to make just as written to compare.
