  • 2 lb. pork roast, shredded
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil
  • 1 Tbs. hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. sriracha
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 can plums, pitted, drained and chopped
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

In a large skillet, brown the pork on both sides with the coconut oil. Mix together remaining ingredients for the sauce. Layer pork in crockpot and pour sauce over. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
