With such a simple preparation, the rich flavor of this pork really surprises.

In a medium bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce, salad dressing, and onion. Place pork in a slow cooker, and cover with the sauce mixture. Cover, and cook on High for 4 hours, or on Low for 8 hours. Pork is done when the internal temperature has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

  • This was really good. My family liked it but said the pork wanted more of the sauce flavor. It didn't seem to soak into the pork. Great Flavor, but the pork was a little dry on the inside and lacked the full flavor in each bite. I might try with some Apple Cider Vinegar or orange juice next time.

  • This sounds delicious! I have a similar recipe using whole berry cranberry sauce, Catalina dressing (similar to French) and chicken breasts. Can't wait to try this pork version!

  • I'vemade this for dinner using jellied cranberry sauce & it was delicious. Next time I'll use whole cranberry sauce.
