  • 2 lb. beef round
  • 1 ale beer
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

Trim fat from meat and place in a 4-qt. slow cooker. Mix beer, soup, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour over beef. Add bay leaves and bouillon cubes. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove the meat from the slow cooker and discard bay leaves. Serve over egg noodles.
