  • 1/4 C. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 C frozen peas, thawed to room temp.
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 2 1/4 C. cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 C. dry white wine
  • 2 1/2 C. chicken broth
