Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Serving Size / Yield
- 3 lb. bottom round beef roast
- 2 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 C. water
- 1 jar sweet peppers
- Place beef into the slow cooker.
- Add water and packages of Italian salad dressing mix.
- Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
- Before serving, pull apart the beef roast.
- Add the jar of peppers and liquid into the slow cooker.
- Mix the peppers into the beef and continue cooking on low until ready to serve.
