  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 C. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbs. dried parsley
  • 1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can of tomato sauce

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, garlic powder and beaten egg. Mix well and form into 12 balls. Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour tomato sauce over the top. Cook in crockpot on high for about 3-4 hours or until tender and cook through.
