There is no better cheesy dinner dish than a tasty macaroni and cheese! Use tons of cheddar cheese and uncooked macaroni noodles in this delicious crockpot masterpiece.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/3 C. milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 4 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Prepare the crockpot with cooking spray. Beat the eggs and milks together in a large bowl and slowly mix in the macaroni. Add 3 cups of cheese and season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a slow cooker and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Cook on low for 6 hours until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted. Top with extra pepper or paprika if desired.
