No peeling required for these mashed potatoes cooked in the crockpot with a twist by stirring in cream of mushroom soup. We recommend garnishing these potatoes with chopped green onions before serving.

  • 3 lb. Red Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 1/2 C. Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt, plus additional to taste
  • 1/4-1/2 C. Skim Milk
  • 1 Tbs. Butter
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Place potatoes on bottom of slow cooker. Pour cream of mushroom soup over potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Add the milk and butter to the slow cooker. Use a potato masher or electric mixer to mash the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
